"Your health is your wealth." - Paul C. Bragg
Yesterday I shared with you about three important things you should have in your kitchen that are some of the keys to good nutrition and tips to eating healthy. Today I'd like to share about five other valuable things you need to have in your kitchen.
SEED GRINDER - Find yourself an inexpensive, compact, easy to clean, and easy to use little electric seed grinder for grinding up all of your own fresh nuts, seeds, and grains into a fine or coarse powder or flour in just a few seconds. A seed grinder is an essential kitchen gadget to assure the highest quality optimum nutrition from whole seeds, nuts, and grains. You never want to buy seeds, nuts, and grains in milled, crushed, or powdered form because they go rancid so quickly.
NATURAL UNTREATED WOODEN CUTTING BOARDS - Only use cutting boards that are made from natural and untreated hardwood. And clean them by wiping first with a wet cloth and then with a dry cloth. Never immerse them in water or put them in a dishwasher, which can warp and ruin them.
GRATERS - Get yourself a stainless steel grater that is extremely useful for slicing and grating fruits, vegetables, cheeses, etc. You can buy various shapes and sizes. One of the most versatile is a four-sided grater with each side being useful for different purposes.
ELECTRIC GLASS BLENDER - This is an essential appliance for making shakes and smoothies for you and your family. Make sure that you buy one that is durable and that has a blender container made of glass instead of plastic. These come in all makes and models, so be sure to pick yourself out one that is made of quality parts and will last you for a long time.
BABY-FOOD GRINDER - You can make the most nutritious and delicious baby foods in seconds if you have a simple, hand-operated, inexpensive, and durable baby-food grinder. It will transform vegetables, fruit, cereals, and other whole foods into finely-mashed baby food that is far more nutritionally-superior than canned baby foods and cheaper too. You can also use it to make dips, sauces, dressings, and other condiments.
I encourage you to have each of these things in your kitchen so that you can more easily cook healthy foods for your family. Tomorrow I will share about a few more essential healthy kitchen cookware that you don't want to live without. To your health, the Naked Nutrition Knight

Healthy Kitchen Cookware Part 1 - Keys to Good Nutrition and Tips to Eating Healthy

"Of all the knowledge, the one most worth having is knowledge about health! The first requisite of a good life is to be a healthy person." - Herbert Spencer
It's time for you to take inventory of what utensils, appliances, and gadgets you have in your kitchen, and make sure that they are all good for your health. Having healthy cookware in your kitchen is just one more of the keys to good nutrition and to eating healthy. Your health and the health of your family depends on the quality of your cookware.
POTS AND PANS - If you're truly concerned about your health, then you should only use stainless steel, cast iron, stoneware, and glass cookware. Of course, these are more expensive than less healthy cookware, but think of it as a one-time investment in your health. These high-quality pots and pans are made to be extremely durable and can last a lifetime if you take care of them.
Avoid all aluminum cookware and aluminum utensils which can both leave toxic aluminum residues in your foods. Also, avoid all non-stick pot and pans which are dangerous to your health. These kinds of pots and pans can leave toxic plastic particles in your food, and they can release harmful gasses when they are overheated.
WOODEN SPOONS - Your kitchen should have natural wooden spoons for all mixing and stirring during your cooking. These spoons come in all shapes and sizes, are quite durable, and are not expensive. Avoid using varnished, stained, or painted wooden utensils as these are not healthy for you.
STEAMER - Make sure your kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel steamer that is inexpensive to buy and will last for years. Use your steamer to steam the vegetables that you don't want to eat raw. Steaming is a whole lot healthier than boiling your vegetables in water or frying them. Cauliflower, green beans, cabbage, squash, zucchini, and Brussel sprouts can all be steamed. All you have to do is put about a half inch of water in a large pot. Then place the steamer in the pot and add in the vegetables to be steamed. Cover the pot and bring the water to a boil. Remember, don't oversteam your vegetables. The crisper and less cooked they are, the more healthy they are.
There are other important things to have in your kitchen that are good for your health, but I'll save those for the next posting. In the meantime, start shopping for some healthy cookware that will certainly be worth the investment in your health and the health of your family. To your health, the Naked Nutrition Knight

Terminator Seed Threatens World's Food Supply and Your Health - Keys to Good Nutrition and to Eating Healthy
Johnny Appleseed Vs. The Terminator Seed
"Until recently the magic of the garden, the joy of growing plants and food, was as simple as collecting Mother Nature's seeds and caring for them season after season. Since I was 5 years old I have taken great joy in collecting veggie and flower seeds and giving them away, spreading the beauty of the plants they contained throughout the world. My dad filled me with wonder at the stories of Johnny Appleseed's accomplishments, and I strive to follow his admirable path. Sweetpeas and tomatoes are my favorite. My dad and I gave away thousands of seeds and they are all over the world."
"Now simple human pleasures as this are in jeopardy. Monsanto and other large seed companies, now claim their seeds as 'intellectual property.' In this way, seed companies prohibit farmers by force from saving and reusing seeds from one crop to the next. Even more disturbingly, major seed companies have made great strides in genetically engineering Terminator sterile seeds that sprout plants incapable of reproducing!"
"If dad and I didn't collect and spread these veggie and flower seeds around the world, there would be no seed legacy to give us joy! But Terminator seeds would only be rotting pellets in the ground. Save the world's seeds - for you and your children! Please protest to stop this: call, fax, or email the President, and your Governor, Senators, and state officials. Visit these websites: www.firstgov.gov www.etcgroup.org www.journeytoforever.org."

Comments on the above article by the Naked Nutrition Knight
I strongly encourage you to learn about what's happening to our food supply and do something about it to protect your life and health and that of your posterity. What Monsanto and other big agro-chemical companies are doing to genetically modify our seeds is immoral and unethical, and it is destroying the very foundation of the food supply - seeds. Becoming educated about what's really happening to our food supply and our seeds is one more of the keys to good nutrition and to eating healthy.
For six thousand years, farmers all over the world have planted seeds, watered them, and harvested crops from them to feed their families and to sell in the marketplace. Most importantly, the farmers have always kept some of the seeds for replanting for the next year's crops. Their future harvests have always depended upon the God-created seeds that had the built-in ability to reproduce themselves year after year. Now, man has gotten involved through genetic modification and has produced a seed that does not reproduce itself. In other words, farmers who use these seeds will have to buy new seeds year after year from the agro-chemical companies just to survive and have another crop. Companies like Monsanto have introduced the Terminator seed which is nothing more than a suicidal seed. This means that after the seed produces a harvest it commits suicide or self destructs. This kind of meddling with God's seeds is already having devastating consequences upon farmers around the world.
I strongly urge you to watch the documentary entitled, "The Future of Food." You can find it on YouTube or at Mercola.com and you can watch it right on your computer. You deserve to know what's really happening with our food supply before it's too late to do anything about it. Genetically modified products are already in approximately 70% of the food products at your local supermarket. In addition, over 30% of the farmland in America is already growing genetically modified crops, and America is exporting these foods all over the world. One of the worst things about GM seeds and crops is that they spread to neighboring non-GM fields and end up contaminating non-GM crops and fields. This is done by wind blowing the seeds from one farm to a neighboring farm, and it is also being done be careless transportation of GM seeds and crops.
When this happens, the agro-chemical company that patented the genetically modified seed comes in and sues the farmer for stealing their seed, makes them pay a large penalty, and then forces them to destroy all of their own stores of seeds for future planting. One by one, small farmers are having their crops contaminated, are being sued, are having all of their future seeds destroyed forever, and they are being put out of business by the Terminator seed and its creators, Monsanto. It's time for Americans to speak up and say "No more of this insanity!" It's time to stop the immoral and unethical practice of patenting genetically modified seeds, including the Terminator seed. We need to return to the ways of Johnny Appleseed and blessing the rest of the world with healthy reproducing seeds.

3 Reasons Whole Food Nutritional Supplements Are Keys to Good Nutrition and Tips to Eating Healthy
"Nutrition directly affects growth, development, reproduction, well-being of an individual's physical and mental condition. Health depends upon nutrition more than any other single factor." - Dr. W. H. Sebrell, Jr.
Whole food nutritional supplements are one of the keys to good nutrition and to eating healthy. I would like to share three prime purposes for taking whole food nutritional supplements.
Purpose #1 - To fill in the nutritional gaps created by poor eating habits.
Most people do not eat the way they should. In fact, if you're completely honest, you'd probably agree that you don't eat the way that you should either. Even if you're quite the healthy eater, there are still gaps in your diet that need to be filled in with good nutrition. We all have a few poor eating habits and vices that leave holes in our nutrition armor. One of the best way to fill in these nutritional gaps is to take live whole food nutritional supplements on a daily basis.
Purpose #2- To compensate and fill in the nutritional gaps created by nutritionally inferior foods.
As you may know, food today is not what it was 100 or 200 years ago. Our soil has been depleted, and so even our fresh produce has only a fraction of the nutrition it had 100 years ago. For this reason it is important to compensate for this factor by taking live whole food based nutritional supplements every day.
Purpose #3 - To protect your body from toxic factors and to help your body detoxify from all of the environmental poisons that you are exposed to today.
Many of the nutrients in whole food nutritional supplements have protective properties against many of today's toxic environmental factors. The whole food based antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and phytonutrients in a high quality supplement can help protect you from the damaging effects of poisonous additives and residues in your water, food, air, clothing, cosmetics, household items, etc. In fact, some of the whole food nutrients not only protect but also help your body detoxify and get rid of the toxins in your body. This is one more major reason why it's so important to take a whole food based nutritional supplement on a daily basis.
I've been taking an incredibly healthy live whole food based nutritional supplement called, "The Feast," made by Uri International. I was introduced to this amazing product by a friend of mine named Brett Rademacher of Urilife. If you would like more information on this InstaFresh juice powder, otherwise known as a super juice, click on the link at the top left of this blog. This is simply the best product I could find on the market today that is made with the highest quality whole food ingredients, most of which are organic. To your health, the Naked Nutrition Knight

#1 Health and Longevity SECRET - Keys to Good Nutrition and Tips to Eating Healthy
"A drunkard may reach old age; a glutton, never." - Sylvester Graham
I'd like to share with you the number one health and longevity secret. Would you like to know how to live longer and healthier? Would you like to live in optimum health and live to a ripe old age before you die? Would you like to enjoy your health and actually die healthy? If so, then I've got some good news for you.
Now, before I share it with you, I'd like to make you a deal. I will share this secret with you, IF you will promise to try it for at least 3 weeks. Fair enough? Let me explain.
Why 3 weeks? I personally believe that it takes about 3 weeks to create a new habit, whether good or bad. In this case, you're going to be doing both. You're going to be creating for yourself a new lifestyle changing habit, while at the same time you're breaking an old unhealthy habit. If you can apply this secret to your life for three weeks, consistently, then you'll have the best chance of it becoming a new healthy lifestyle habit. Once it becomes a habit, it will be far easier to do on a consistent basis. As a new habit, it will benefit your health in numerous ways and contribute to your longevity.
#1 HEALTH AND LONGEVITY SECRET - Practice systematic undereating.
It may sound too simple to be true, but this truly is the number one health and longevity principle. This key to good nutrition and eating healthy is critical to your health and well being.
For the next three weeks, I want you to practice conscious under-eating. In other words, every time you sit down to eat a meal or a snack, I want you to take smaller portions than usual and eat less. It's that simple, but it really makes a huge difference upon your health and how you feel after eating a meal.
The less you eat, the better you will feel because your digestive system will not be overloaded. Every time you eat, you put your digestive system to work breaking down the food in your stomach. Then your body has to assimilate the good nutrients and eliminate all of the toxins and waste. This whole 3-step process puts a strain on your body and it's main organs.
What's the opposite of under-eating? OVEREATING! Did you know that overeating is one of the main causes of premature aging and degenerative illnesses? Overeating is a huge problem in our nation. Americans, on the average, overeat more than almost any other culture. As a result, we have not only a very high percentage of overweight and obese people, we have millions of people who are suffering from premature aging and terrible degenerative illnesses.
Here's one final eating healthy tip. Eat only when you are really hungry. If you're not hungry at mealtime, skip the meal. And remember, when you are hungry, practice conscious systematic under-eating. You will live a lot longer and be able to enjoy optimum health. To your health, the Naked Nutrition Knight

God-made Foods Vs. Man-made Products - Keys to Good Nutrition and Tips to Eating Healthy

"If it wasn't a food 100 years ago, it's a man-made product." - Brett Rademacher
I'd like to give you a standard by which you can measure all food products to know if they are healthy or not. Use these keys to good nutrition and tips to eating healthy when you're out food shopping or eating in a restaurant. Simply ask yourself these two questions:
Question #1 - "Was this a food 100 years ago?"
Question #2 - "Is this a God-made food or a man-made product?"
If the food product you are considering eating or drinking WAS a food 100 years ago, then it is most probably a whole food and healthy for you. In other words, it is probably a GOD-MADE FOOD that was designed by God to meet the nutritional needs of your body. Therefore, it is a good whole food and should be eaten and enjoyed.
However, if you're considering a food product that WAS NOT a food 100 years ago, then it is most definitely a MAN-MADE PRODUCT and is NOT healthy for your body. Don't eat it or drink it! It is simply not good for your health and will put a toxic stress on your organs.
Let's look at a couple of examples and see if this measuring rod holds true.
1. An Organic Apple - This was a food 100 years ago, and it is a God-made food that is healthy to eat today.
2. High Fructose Corn Sweetener - This was not a food 100 years ago, and it is a man-made product that is NOT healthy to eat. Unfortunately, man (food manufacturers) has found a way to put this unhealthy man-made toxic sweetener in most of the products in the supermarket, often without the consumer even knowing it's there, and usually without the consumer knowing how dangerously unhealthy it is for his health.
3. An Organic Carrot - This was a food 100 years ago, and it is a God-made food that provides good nutrition to your body.
4. Hydrogenated Oils (Trans Fats) - This was not a food 100 years ago, and it is a man-made product that is very UN-healthy for your body. Unfortunately, this toxic form of oil is found in many man-made food products in the supermarket and in restaurants.
5. Artificial Sweeteners - These are obviously man-made products and were NOT a food 100 years ago. They are extremely toxic to your body and cause all kinds of terrible physical health problems. Therefore, never use Aspartame, NutraSweet, Splenda, and Saacharin.
6. MSG (monosodium glutamate) - This was not a food 100 years ago, and it is a man-made food additive that is very UN-healthy for your body. Unfortunately, food manufacturers and restaurant owners have found hundreds of ways to sneak it into their man-made food products without the consumer even knowing it's there. Avoid this excito-toxin at all costs.
7. Organic 100% Whole Wheat Flour - This was a food 100 years ago, and it still is because it was made by God. This is the only kind of wheat flour to bake with and eat.
8. "Enriched" Wheat Flour - This was NOT a food 100 years ago, and it is a man-made product that is very UN-healthy for your body. Most of the good nutrition has been bleached out and stripped out, with a few synthetic vitamins and minerals added back in that your body cannot even use. Unfortunately, this is the most common kind of flour that food manufacturers put into their hundreds of baked goods. Another danger with eating this man-made product is that it is most probably a genetically modified (GM) product that is very UN-healthy for you.
I could go on and on with a ton of examples, but I hope you see my point. Most foods fit into one of these two categories: God-made foods and man-made foods. Most food products can be classified into one of these categories, which will help you choose what to eat and what to avoid.
There are a few things that do not easily fit into these two categories, and if you ask if they were a food 100 years ago, some people might say "Yes," while others would say "No." These are special cases that you need to look deeper at in order to make a wise decision. For example, what about pork products and shellfish?
The truth is that God did not create pigs and shellfish to be eaten by man. They are God-made creatures, but they are NOT God-made foods. Let me explain.
God created certain creatures to be scavengers on the earth and to eat nasty things like the decomposing flesh of other animals. Pigs, shrimp, lobsters, crabs, clams, scallops, and vultures are all scavengers that God designed to eat rubbish and garbage and other scum on the ground and ocean seafloor. When you study the dietary restrictions that God gave His people in the Bible, you will find all of these scavengers prohibited for health reasons. When man does not abide by these dietary restrictions that God set up for our good, he starts consuming a whole host of toxins that accumulate in his body and eventually lead to all kinds of terrible physical health problems and illnesses. If you don't believe me, ask any marine biologist about the levels of mercury and other poisons found in clams and scallops. In summary, certain creatures that God made were strictly forbidden to be eaten because God did not make them to be food for mankind. Pigs, shellfish, birds of prey, and the like are not to be eaten by man, and if they are, they will cause him to become sick and loaded with toxins that are destructive to the body. They are God-made creatures, but they are not God-made foods.
In conclusion, when you're out shopping for food or eating at a restaurant, always ask yourself these two questions.
1. Is this a God-made food or a man-made food?
2. Was this a food 100 years ago?
If the answer to both of these questions is "YES" - then eat it and enjoy it.
If the answer to either of these questions is "NO" - then do NOT eat it because it is not healthy for your body and will cause you many health problems.

Choose to Live Long & Die Healthy - Keys to Eating Healthy and to Good Nutrition

"When you don't have your health, what do you have? - Brett Rademacher
It's sad but true that most people don't think much about their health...until they lose it. Think about it for a long serious minute. If you don't have your health, what do you have left? The pleasure of your existence and the significance of your purpose usually depend on being healthy enough to enjoy your life and do something with it.
I'd like to share with you some more keys to good nutrition and tips to eating healthy that just might help you to live to a ripe old age of 120 years and die healthy.
Here's an illustration to consider. If I were to offer you $10 million for both of your eyes, would you sell them to me? On the one hand, you could sure use the money to help you achieve your purpose in this life and really enjoy yourself while doing it. On the other hand, you wouldn't really be able to enjoy yourself that much without the use of your two eyes. You could have your $10 million dollars, build a beautiful house in the Swiss Alps, and yet never have the pleasure of seeing the beauty all around you including the mountains, forests, wildlife, snow, your house and your family. In other words, to lose the use of your eyes would defeat the whole purpose of getting the money.
Now, think of how this illustration relates to your health. If I were a big food manufacturer and restaurant owner, and I were to offer you cheap, great tasting food (including junk food of all kinds, fast food of every type, packaged foods of every variety and taste, canned foods that were highly convenient, sweet foods that were simply delicious loaded with fats, sugars, and carbs, etc.), would you sell your future health to me by buying my food?
You might say, "Well, what do you mean? I don't have to sell you my future health to eat your food. That's ridiculous!"
The TRUTH is - every time you eat unhealthy, denatured, packaged, man-made processed foods from the supermarket and from restaurants, you are selling your future health and will some day reap what you have sown into your body - sickness, physical health problems, and illness of all kinds imaginable. Most people just don't want to hear this, but it's true nonetheless. "What you sow, you will reap." This is a natural and spiritual law.
The above illustration reminds me of the story of Jacob and Esau. As you may remember, Esau came in from hunting and was tired and very hungry. Jacob was relaxing and enjoying some good lentil soup he had made. Esau asked his brother if he could have some, and Jacob told him he could IF he would sell him his birthright. Esau then sold Jacob his birthright for the price of a bowl of lentil soup! Can you believe that? Esau gave up all of the inheritance rights and blessings of the first born son, just to satisfy his hunger for some soup.
Now, how does this apply to you and me today? Every day, in every town and city across America, this tragic story is relived by millions of people. Every day people "sell their birthright to health" to the food manufacturers and restaurant owners of America, just in order to satisfy their hunger for something that tastes good to them (junk food, fast food, fattening food, whatever). People are literally trading away their health for ill-health. They are exchanging their future health for present gratification.
I strongly encourage you and admonish you to value your health birthright for what it is - a gift from God for you to enjoy throughout your whole life. Don't despise your health birthright, as Esau did, and sell it for some unhealthy processed food that will satisfy your stomach only temporarily, but that will eventually rob you of your health and enjoyment of this life.
One last thought. Do you want to end up in a nursing home or a hospital bed dying of some terminal illness when you're 45, or 55, or 65, unable to enjoy the second half of your life with your family and friends? If you're not sure, then go visit a hospital ward and a nursing home and meet the people there who are dying prematurely of dreaded illnesses. Ask them what they would give to have their health back and to have another 50 years to enjoy it. Then ask yourself if you want to follow in their footsteps and end up like them wasting half of their lives. Do you really want to die young and die unhealthy, or would you prefer to live long and die healthy when you're 120?
The choice is yours, and you make it every day. Every time you put something in your body, food or drink, you are making the choice for a healthy future or an unhealthy premature death by illness. It's your choice: health or ill-health, based upon healthy eating habits or unhealthy eating habits. What will your decision be today? Tomorrow? Next week? Next month?
CHOOSE LIFE!
CHOOSE TO LIVE TO BE 120 YEARS OLD.
MAKE THE CHOICE TODAY TO DIE HEALTHY AT A RIPE OLD AGE!

JUST DO IT - Keys to Good Nutrition and Tips to Eating Healthy
"Life consists of a series of choices. The little choices that we make on a day-to-day basis are the same factors that affect our health tomorrow, next year, or in the next decade." - Ted Broer
One of the major keys to good nutrition and tips to eating healthy is this: JUST DO IT.
Your long-term health is determined by all the things that you do and don't do, as well as by all the things that you put into your body and don't put into your body on a daily basis. This day-to-day chain of small choices will determine the condition of your health in the days ahead. This string of little decisions will create a healthy future for you or an unhealthy future for you.
The simple, undeniable truth is this - YOU, and you alone, determine your health on a daily basis, which determines your long-term health or ill-health. You are the only one who chooses to put healthy foods and drinks into your body every day - or not. You are the only one who chooses to take a daily walk and get the necessary exercise your body needs - or not.
God has given you, and you alone, the solemn responsibility to feed your spirit, soul, and body on a daily basis with good, healthy, life-giving things. What are you doing about this God-given responsibility? Do you take it seriously, or are you careless with it?
I encourage you NOT to wait until you've been diagnosed with some terminal life-threatening illness to learn to value your health and protect it. NOW is the time to be wise and to value your health and to take preventative steps to protect it. Most of the medical industry is focused on the wrong thing; namely, they give all of their attention to the diagnosis and treatment of illness. Instead, they should be focusing much more attention on the PREVENTION of illness. I warn you that it's time to wake up and start taking preventative steps to protect your health, before it's too late.
NOW is the time to start eating right and living right. Don't wait any longer, and don't continue to put it off until later. There will never be a better time than right now to start changing your health and creating for yourself a healthy lifestyle. This blog is dedicated to helping you do just that.
TODAY is the first day of the rest of your life. Therefore, make the necessary changes to start turning your health around by making healthy food and drink choices and by incorporating walking or some other form of exercise into your daily routine.
JUST DO IT! Get on with it already. Stop procrastinating and move forward. You CAN do it!

Morning Health Declarations - Keys to Eating Healthy and to Good Nutrition
"I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in good health, even as your soul prospers." - 3 John 2
Good morning, my faithful readers who have a deep desire to live a healthy, prosperous, and long life. I would like to share with you some more keys to eating healthy and good nutrition. Are you ready?
I call these my morning declarations. These are declarations of my purpose and intentions for each day related to my health and well being. I encourage you to write these down on a piece of paper and tape them to your bathroom mirror and/or your refrigerator. Every morning take a minute to declare these health purposes out loud before you start your day. In this way you will train your mind and body to work together to create a more healthy lifestyle. God bless you, this wonderful morning. The Naked Nutrition Knight
MORNING DECLARATIONS TO START YOUR DAY
"I will this day live a simple, sincere and serene life; repelling promptly every thought of impurity, discontent, anxiety, fear, and discouragement. I will cultivate health, cheerfulness, happiness, charity, and the love of brotherhood; exercising economy in expenditure, generosity in giving, carefulness in conversation, and diligence in appointed service.
I pledge fidelity to every trust and a childlike faith in God. I will be faithful in those habits of prayer, study, work, nutrition, physical exercise, deep breathing, and good posture. I shall fast for a 24 hour period each week, eat only healthy foods, and get sufficient sleep each night. I will make every effort to improve myself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually ever day."
These morning declarations were written and used by Paul Bragg and Patricia Bragg.

Secrets to a Healthy Breakfast - Keys to Good Nutrition & Tips to Eating Healthy
"To lengthen thy life, lessen thy meals." - Benjamin Franklin
I'd like to share with you some secrets to eating a healthy breakfast. If you use these keys to good nutrition and tips to eating healthy, you will accomplish two important things. First, you will assist your body in the mornings with the process of elimination, which is extremely important to your health and well being. Secondly, you will give yourself an energy boost that will take you all the way to lunchtime.
SECRETS TO A HEALTHY BREAKFAST REVEALED
Key 1 - After rising, drink a large 12-16 ounce lukewarm glass of natural spring water with 1-2 teaspoons of Bragg's organic apple cider vinegar, a big squeeze of lemon, and a tablespoon of organic raw honey. These four things will assist your body in the elimination process. Your body needs lots of water in the morning to rehydrate itself and to flush out toxins in your system.
Your body processes food in three stages: digestion, assimilation, and elimination. These stages correspond to three time cycles.
digestion = noon - 8 pm
assimilation = 8 pm - 4 am
elimination = 4 am - noon
You need to learn to work "with" your body instead of "against" your body and its cycles of food processing. The optimum time for eating and digesting food is between noon and 8 pm. Digestion is followed by the process of assimilation from 8 pm to 4 am. Most of this takes place while you sleep. The third stage is elimination, which lasts from 4 am to around noon. During this third and final stage, your body is focused on eliminating all of the wastes and toxins from the previous day. This is NOT a time to eat a heavy breakfast, but rather a time to exercise and drink lots of fluids, fresh juices, and to eat an apple. Do NOT begin your day with a large breakfast, which will only defeat your body's purpose of cleansing and elimination.
Key 2 - You need to learn to EARN YOUR BREAKFAST. In other words, your day should start with plenty of exercise, chores, and work, during which time your body has time to stretch and start eliminating the wastes and toxins it is purging.
Key 3 - About an hour after your large mixture of water and cleansing ingredients, it's time for you to have some more liquids. I recommend one of two things. You can either make your own fresh squeezed juice from organic fruits, berries, and vegetables. This will give you an energy boost for the morning, and it will aid in the elimination process. Or you can mix up a "green drink" in the form of a smoothie. This can include a lot of water, some fresh or frozen organic fruits and berries, an organic whole food powdered nutritional supplement, some Himalayan Krystal Salt saline solution, some organic barley grass juice powder, some organic extra virgin coconut oil, some flax oil, 1/4 or 1/2 of a fresh lemon, a banana, and some cayenne pepper. All of these green drink smoothie ingredients will give your body an incredible energetic morning boost, as well as assist your body in the process of elimination. I highly recommend an organic whole food based powdered nutritional supplement called, The Feast, made by Uri International. You can find more information on this amazing product by going to this website. http://www.LiveSuperJuice.com
Key 4 - Around ten in the morning, eat an organic apple or another high-fiber fruit. Apples are very healthy for you and contain fiber that will help your body cleanse itself and eliminate waste from the previous day. The wise proverb, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away," is actually true! Fruit is the best whole food for the morning because it is loaded with fiber, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that assist your body in the cleansing and elimination process, as well as providing your body with an energy boost.
If you will follow these four secret keys to a healthy breakfast, your body will reap the benefits as you learn to work with it instead of against it. The main thing to keep in mind is that mornings are a time for elimination, and not a time for digesting a large breakfast. Mornings are a time to hydrate your body and flush out the toxins. Mornings are a time to get plenty of exercise and to drink lots of water and some fruit juice. Late mornings are a time for an organic apple or some other tasty cleansing food. I trust this information is useful to you. Sincerely, the Naked Nutrition Knight.

Healthy Dietary Fiber Is a Key to Good Nutrition and Eating Healthy
Daily Quote: "I believe that no single factor plays a more significant role in the origin of disease - or in its cure or prevention - than obtaining sufficient dietary FIBER." - Ted Broer
One of the most important keys to good nutrition and tips to eating healthy is getting enough dietary fiber in your foods every day. Your digestive system, especially the colon and large intestine, become constipated when too little water and dietary fiber are consumed. The U.S. Public Health Service has stated that approximately 90% of all Americans have a clogged colon to some degree. It is sad but true that Americans are one of the most constipated people in the whole world. We should be eating at least 25-30 grams of fiber a day, but shockingly, many Americans have a hard time consuming 30 grams of fiber a week!
According to licensed nutritionist and exercise physiologist, Ted Broer, "I am also convinced that no other single health condition plays so great a role in the development of disease as does constipation. Constipation has been shown to have a role in the development of hemorrhoids, heart disease, artherosclerosis, cancer (too many types to mention), diabetes, gall bladder disease, kidney stones and ulcers - just to name a few."
WHAT IS FIBER & WHAT DOES IT DO FOR YOUR BODY?
What is fiber? Simply put, fiber is the part of your food that cannot break down or be digested by your digestive system. Dietary fiber, or "roughage," is found abundantly in living plant foods such as vegetables, fruits, and grains. Fiber comes in two forms - soluble and insoluble fiber. Soluble fiber easily dissolves in water, so it can be easily absorbed in the intestine and circulated in the blood stream. Soluble fiber, such as pectin found in most fruits, in the blood can attach itself to blood fats and create a complex that removes these fats from the blood system, which in turn lowers cholesterol.
Insoluble fiber also absorbs water, but it remains in the intestine and forms the majority of the bulk necessary to collect and push bodily wastes through the intestine and out of the body. Food waste and bodily processes more very slowly, if at all, through the colon without the assistance of insoluble fiber. In this unhealthy case, the slow-moving mass can putrefy or rot right in the body causing the body to start poisoning itself. As you can see, insoluble fiber is critical to healthy functioning of the bowels and the whole elimination process.
THREE MAIN CAUSES OF CONSTIPATION
What's causing so much constipation (and all of its related illnesses) in America and the Western world? There are three main causes that need to be addressed and resolved. The first and foremost cause is our unhealthy low-fiber diet. This consists of denatured, bleached, refined, processed foods and flours, as well as a lack of fresh vegetables and fruit. When our wheat flour is refined, they take out over 50 healthy nutrients, and then add 12 synthetic vitamins that are totally indigestible. Then they put it on the supermarket shelves and advertise it as "enriched" wheat flour or bread. The food manufacturers basically throw away the good nutrition and leave Americans with an unhealthy malnutrition processed "food." No wonder almost everyone in America is constipated! And don't forget, most Americans don't even come close to eating the recommended 5-13 servings of vegetables and fruit per day.
The second cause of constipation is not drinking enough water every day. Water is an essential element to the whole digestion, assimilation, and elimination process. Without enough water, food that is digested slows down or comes to a stop. Think of water being like the oil in your car's engine. Without oil, the moving parts would wear each other down and the engine would quickly "freeze" up and break down completely. Likewise, without enough water, your body will become dehydrated and will start to "freeze" up and break down. It won't be able to process food properly or eliminate the waste properly.
The third cause of constipation is a lack of exercise. When your body does not get enough physical activity, food in your intestines and colon starts to slow down. For this reason alone, everyone should go for a 30-60 minute walk every day.
How do you know if you're "regular" enough? The basic guideline to use is this: everyone should have two or three bowel movements a day. This helps all waste matter move quickly through the large intestine and colon. This transit time should ideally be less than eighteen hours, and no more than twenty-four hours.
DO THESE 3 THINGS TO STAY "REGULAR"
1. Drink plenty of natural spring water every day. You should be drinking half your weight in ounces daily. In other words, if you're 160 pounds, you need to drink 80 ounces of water throughout the day.
2. Go for a daily walk to get the regular exercise your body needs.
3. Eat lots of dietary fiber every day and make significant changes to your create a healthy optimum diet. Your body needs at least 25-30 grams of fiber a day. It would also greatly help your system if you eliminated constipation-causing foods such as processed "enriched" wheat flour (white four) and other highly refined, denatured, bleached, processed flour.
GREAT SOURCES OF DIETARY FIBER FOR SUPER HEALTH
1. Fresh, organic vegetables, greens, fruits, and berries - These are all excellent sources of fiber. Aim at eating 75% of your vegetables and greens raw in the form of a healthy vegetable salad every day. Aim at eating 100% of your fruits & berries raw.
2. Beans and legumes. Learn how to soak and cook these yourself, and freeze portions for later use. These are probably the best source of fiber.
3. Brown rice. It has all the fiber and minerals that white rice lacks.
4. 100% whole wheat bread and flour, as well as 100% whole grain breads and flours such as rye, buckwheat, etc. Use these in all of your baking and cooking.
5. Whole grain cereals. These can be hot porridge-type cereals or cold cereal made from 100% whole grains.
6. Eat the skins of potatoes and of other organic fruits & vegetables.
7. Add oat bran, wheat bran, and wheatgerm to your meals.
8. Snack on sun-dried fruit - Enjoy apricots, dates, prunes, raisins, etc., which are all concentrated sources of fiber and nutrients.
9. Instead of drinking fruit juice and vegetable juice, eat the fruit and vegetables themselves so that you get all that healthy dietary fiber.
10. Eat flaxseed and chia seeds. These are a very healthy source of mucilaginous fiber that help relieve constipation and speed up the transit time for elimination.
Here's what Thomas Edison had to say about the future of health.
"The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease."

Power Smoothie Recipe - Keys to Good Nutrition & Tips to Eating Healthy
Daily Quote: "Long before you were conceived by your parents, you were conceived in the mind of God." - Rick Warren
Today is my 48th birthday, and I'm so grateful to God to be alive and healthy! I included the above quote because it relates to my birthday and my very existence, and to yours too.
Since it's my birthday, I'm going to keep today's blog about keys to good nutrition and tips to eating healthy very short. Hope you don't mind a little brevity from time to time.
MY DAILY SUPER NUTRITIOUS MORNING SMOOTHIE
I'd like to share the recipe I use to create my super nutritious morning smoothie every day. It's loaded with powerful nutrients that give my body a real boost of energy, and it's got things in it that assist my body in cleansing and eliminating the wastes from the day before. And best of all, it actually tastes great too! In fact, my 2-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter both demand their own servings.
Put all of the following into a blender:
- about 16 ounces of natural spring water
- half a cup of frozen organic strawberries and/or blueberries
- 2 scoops of "The Feast" (my favorite whole food supplement juice powder, which is loaded with over 70+ fruits, berries, greens, vegetables, seeds, nuts, spouts, enzymes, organic minerals, and resilient living probiotics). The Feast is made by Uri International.
- 1 scoop of barley grass juice powder (I use "Barley Pure" made by Uri)
- 1 scoop of "Beyond Berries" (which is loaded with 15 antioxidant-rich berries & fruit, including Noni fruit, Mangosteen, Wolfberry-Goji, Acai berry, black currant, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon of Himalayan Krystal Salt saline solution
- 1/2 fresh lemon (aids in cleansing & elimination)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 scoop "Food 'N Fiber" (whole food fiber by Uri)
- 1 tablespoon organic extra virgin coconut oil ("Coconut Pure" by Uri)
- 1 good shake of Cayenne pepper (aids in cleansing & elimination)
Put all of these ingredients into a blender and let her rip. I would recommend blending everything except the banana first, and then at the very end, throw in the banana and blend it on low. This way the banana helps to thicken the smoothie.
It takes me about 4 or 5 minutes every morning to make this delicious smoothie, and my body is so happy to get such a powerful nutritious morning boost. Now I actually crave my morning smoothie and "The Feast" that's a part of it. It is so nutrient dense and loaded with whole food nutrition that it has become my daily breakfast and keeps me full until lunch. Enjoy!
By the way, if you're interested in learning more about "The Feast" and the other Uri International products mentioned above, visit: The FEAST: Live Super Juice

You Become What You Eat is a Key to Good Nutrition and a Tip to Eating Healthy

Daily Quote: "I become what I eat." - Frank Atkins
Good morning friends. I've noticed lately that my postings have been getting too long, so today I promise to try to keep it short. I'd like to share with you another key to eating healthy and to good nutrition, and it is simply this: you become what you eat.
Let that simple, yet profound thought permeate your being. Whatever you eat becomes a part of your body and your cells. What you put into your body, whether food or drink, will have a powerful effect on your total physical well-being, either for good or for bad. The laws of nature and of God say that what you sow, you will reap. What you eat and drink will manifest in your body, either as health, vitality, and longevity, or as ill-health, sluggishness, lack of energy, physical problems, various kinds of illnesses, premature aging, and eventually premature death.
What you eat and drink today is what you become tomorrow. Your past and present eating habits, whether good or bad, will determine your future health, either positively or negatively.
WHAT GETS BETTER CAR, YOUR BODY OR CAR?
Here's an analogy to think about. Compare your body to a car. What do you put in your car every week and every few months? What does your car need to run properly and last a long time? You might answer the following: it needs good quality gasoline, good quality oil, water and coolant, transmission fluid, the proper amount of air in the tires, and regular preventative maintenance. That's exactly right! If you take good care of your car, provide it with the right fuel, and give it regular preventative maintenance, then your car will last you many years and will be a real blessing to your life. However, if you never change the oil, you're going to wreck your engine real fast. If you put water or kerosene in your tank instead of good quality gasoline, you'll destroy your engine in a few minutes. If you don't keep the water and coolant filled up, your engine will overheat and you could ruin your radiator and crack your engine block! Basically, if you don't take good care of your car, it won't perform properly, it will develop major problems, and it will eventually die prematurely.
Now, you've got to realize that your body is similar to your car. If you feed it healthy nutritious whole food, it will be strong, it will function properly, and it will last you a long time. However, if you don't feed it properly, and if you feed it unhealthy food, it will become weak, frail, sluggish, and soon it will stop functioning properly, and eventually it will break down and die prematurely. So...the question is:
Do you take better care of your car, lawnmower, motorcycle, boat, or power tools than you do your own body and your own health?
Given the health crisis in America today, most people take much better care of their cars and machines and tools than they do their own bodies. This is sad and tragic because it doesn't have to be that way. If you look at people's actions, the evidence supports the startling conclusion that people value their cars and machines more than they do their own bodies and health.
HOW THEN SHALL WE LIVE?
It's very simple. Everyone needs to start taking responsibility for his or her own health. This begins, of course, with choosing to value your health and body more than you value your car and machines and tools. Make a decision today, right now, to love your body and value it. Decide right now to make the necessary changes to start loving your body and taking good care of it. Choose to start creating for yourself a healthy lifestyle which begins with good nutrition and eating healthy. Evaluate your eating habits and decide to break those poor eating habits and replace them with good eating habits.
Make a commitment to take complete charge of your health and the health of your family. Don't ever give that responsibility away again to anyone else, not even your doctor or the health care system or the government. You, and you alone, must be the Captain of your own health. Start doing your own research on good nutrition and find out exactly what your body needs to function properly and to achieve optimum health. Remember, you become what you eat. This simple, yet profound truth actually goes much farther than that. As Patricia Bragg states in her book, Bragg Healthy Lifestyle,
"You are what you eat, drink, breathe, think, say, and do."

Keys to Eating Healthy Good Nutrition Include Eating These Super Healthy Whole Foods

Daily Quote: "You are responsible for your family's health and well-being! Take charge - be their caring, guiding Health Captain." - Patricia Bragg
Good morning my faithful readers. Today I'm going to answer an objection that someone raised a few days ago. After reading the long list of "foods" to avoid and eliminate from your diet, this person wondered, "What's left to eat?"
That's a great question! Today I'm going to share with you some more keys to good nutrition and some practical tips to eating healthy. Are you ready? Get a piece of paper out and write down this list of foods that you CAN eat and enjoy for good health and nutrition.
HEALTHY NUTRITIOUS FOODS TO FEAST ON
Group I - Fresh, organic raw FRUITS & BERRIES
Go to the produce market or farmer's market and pick out any fresh organic fruits and berries that appeal to you. I encourage you to try something new every week as well. Here's a partial list of some of the foods in this category:
apples, pineapples, grapefruit, bananas, pears, peaches, papayas, tangerines, watermelon, grapes, apricots, cherries, blackberries, oranges, strawberries, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, lemons, raspberries, noni fruit, mangosteen, wolfberry-goji, acai berries, black currants, blueberries, pomegranates, bilberries, elderberries, cranberries, prunes, plums, guavas, mangos, etc.
Group II - Fresh, organic GREENS & VEGETABLES
Find the freshest farmer's market where you can get as many organic greens and vegetables as possible. Remember, it is best to eat as many of these foods RAW. Of course, some of them you will need to lightly steam, bake, saute, or wok, but do it as short a time as possible to retain the best nutritional content and flavor. You can also juice many of these foods. Here's a partial list of some of the foods in this category that you get to enjoy eating:
spinach, watercress, kale, broccoli, brussels sprouts, turnip greens, collards, cauliflower, mustard greens, mushrooms, chinese cabbage, red cabbage, parsley, green leaf lettuce, green peas, zucchini, green beans, cucumbers, dandelion greens, green and red bell peppers, artichokes, celery, cabbage, eggplant, tomatoes, onions, beets, pumpkin, potatoes, yams, sweet potatoes, carrots, squash, garlic, cayenne peppers, jalepeno peppers, asparagus, ginger, spring onions, leeks, etc.
Group III - Organic GRAINS, LEGUMES, BEANS, SEEDS, & NUTS
This is a very powerful category of foods that you can choose from every day. You can make all kinds of dishes and meals from this group that are delicious and healthy. Avoid at all costs buying genetically modified (GMO) products. You want to look for these foods that were grown with organic farming methods that don't use toxic chemical pesticides and herbicides. One of the best ways to eat these foods is in their sprouted form. Here's the partial list of foods in this category:
brown rice, barley, millet, oatmeal, buckwheat, wild rice, 100% whole wheat flour, rye, wheat germ, soybean sprouts, lentils, split peas, kidney beans, navy beans, lima beans, garbanzo beans, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, sesame seeds, almonds, cashews, macadamias, flax seed, oat bran, wheat sprouts, quinoa and quinoa sprouts, amaranth sprouts, chia seeds, etc. * Remember, only buy fresh RAW seeds & nuts. Do not buy roasted and salted seeds and nuts. Buy them raw and keep them in glass jars in your refrigerator to preserve them.
Group IV - OTHER HEALTHY FOODS
This group is last because it is not as important as the first three groups. It contains some very healthy foods that should be eaten in moderation. Other healthy foods include:
Raw milk (unpasteurized & unhomogenized), raw butter, raw yoghurt, raw cheese, raw kefir, fertile range-free eggs, wild deep-water ocean fish that have fins and scales, organic lamb, organic turkey & chicken, organic beef, organic fermented foods like sauerkraut, Bragg's organic apple cider vinegar, raw unheated & unfiltered honey, raw agave nectar, extra virgin coconut oil & olive oil, sesame oil, Himalayan Krystal Salt, live whole food nutritional supplements such as "The Feast," and plenty of natural spring water.
Okay, I hope you're happy now that you have a long list of great nutritious foods that you CAN eat. Use this list to prepare meals with for your family and to plan healthy snacks to have on hand for yourself and your kids. These are all natural whole foods, which is where you and I need to be getting all of our nutrition from. I trust this information will be helpful to you and your family and that you will use it to improve your diet and health. God bless you, the Naked Nutrition Knight

Natural Whole Food Supplements Recommended as Keys to Good Nutrition & Tips to Eating Healthy
Daily Quote: "Perfect health is above gold; a sound body before riches." - King Solomon
Good morning, my friends, from your faithful Naked Nutrition Knight. Today I'd like to give you a few more keys to good nutrition and some tips to eating healthy. Are you ready for some practical insider information on what the best whole food nutritional supplements are?
Before I share this useful information, I need to say that you should not by buying processed synthetic man-made vitamins and mineral and nutritional supplements. Most of these products are now being made by drug companies, and most of them are being made in foreign countries like China. The main reason that you shouldn't be buying them is that they are "synthetic" man-made chemical copies of what is found naturally in nature. In other words, most of them have been chemically produced in a pharmaceutical laboratory and are not made from the natural food sources found in nature.
This is a huge problem because your body cannot effectively utilize these "synthetic" man-made versions of vitamins and minerals. In fact, many of them are not even recognized by your body as vitamins and minerals, and they are therefore rejected by your body as toxins, which is what they really are. If you are loading up every day on "synthetic" chemically-based man-made vitamins and minerals, you are actually weakening your body with chemicals that are often toxic to your system and are not able to be recognized or utilized by your body. I encourage you to stop buying these man-made products.
The best source for natural vitamins and minerals, enzymes, anti-oxidants, and phytonutrients is from live whole foods. In other words, eat an apple and some watermelon. Get your nutrition from real live fresh organic whole foods such as vegetables, greens, fruits, berries, grains, seeds, nuts, legumes and beans. These foods are loaded with vitamins and minerals and hundreds of other important nutrients.
In addition to eating these whole foods, you can also juice your vegetables and fruits in order to get a concentrated amount of natural vitamins and minerals and enzymes. However, this must be done in moderation because you don't want to overload your system with too much natural sugar found in fruits. The down side to juicing is that many people find it just too inconvenient due to the cleaning up process. People often buy a juicer and use it for several weeks or months, but soon they stop using it because it is just too much work to buy all the fresh produce, wash it, juice it, and clean up the mess afterwards day after day.
There is another "next best alternative" source for getting your natural vitamins and minerals. It's called live whole food nutritional supplements. What does that mean? Simply put, it means that they take the fresh live organic fruits & berries, greens and vegetables, and they pick them at their peak of ripeness and nutritional value, and turn them into a juice mixture. Then they dry the juice using a low-heat dehydration process that preserves the nutrients without preservatives. The final natural product is a powder that you simply mix with water (rehydrate) and drink. In this way you're able to get the full nutritional value of all of that live organic whole food produce, including all of the natural occurring vitamins, minerals, enzymes, anti-oxidants, phytonutrients, & hundreds of other nutrivitve compounds.
TAKE THESE NATURAL WHOLE FOOD NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS
Here is a brief, condensed list of some of the very best natural whole food nutritional supplements that you can (and should) be putting in your body every day. These foods are often referred to as superfoods or superjuices because they are so loaded with powerful nutritional compounds that are so good for your body's health and vitality.
1. Drink a top-quality "GREEN DRINK" every day. These should come in a powdered dehydrated form that you simply mix with water and drink. Never buy a green drink or superjuice that is in a liquid form because it has been pasteurized (which kills many of the living nutrients) and because it has had unhealthy preservatives added to it to keep it from going moldy. Always look for a dry dehydrated powder form that you mix with water.
Make sure that it is loaded with high-quality, ripe, live natural organic whole foods. These should include as many as possible of the following foods, superfoods and superjuices: Barley grass juice, wheat grass juice, alfalfa leaf juice, oat grass juice, Klamath Lake blue-green algae, spirulina, chlorella, kelp, lots of powerful greens and vegetables, lots of antioxidant rich fruits and berries such as noni-fruit, mangosteen, wolfberry-goji, acai berry, black currant, blackberry, blueberry, pomegranate, bilberry, raspberry, purple grape, elderberry, cranberry, strawberry, and apple; lots of nutrient dense seeds, nuts, and sprouts such as flax seed, oat bran, brown rice fiber, almond seed, sunflower seed, wheat sprout, quinoa sprout, amaranth sprout, pumpkin seed, chia seed, and sesame seed; many active enzymes and fulvic minerals; and a lot of resilient living probiotics.
You can go to a health food store to find green drinks, but most of them taste like you're licking a lawnmower. Sadly, most people who buy them end up throwing them away after one or two tastes because they simply taste so awfully green. The secret to overcoming this problem is to find a green drink that has a lot of fruits and berries added in to the greens and vegetable juices that add an element of sweetness that makes the green drink actually taste good. I warn you, there aren't many out there, so you'll really have to look everywhere until you find one. By the way, I can make your search very easy because several months ago I found just such a superjuice green drink that has everything mentioned above, and it actually tastes great. It's called, "The Feast." Believe it or not, my small kids even love it and demand it every morning. If you would like to learn more about this amazing green drink, you can find information on it at the following website. The FEAST
2. Drink some Bragg's Organic APPLE CIDER VINEGAR every morning. In 400 B.C., Hippocrates (the father of medicine) discovered that natural, undistilled apple cider vinegar is a powerful cleansing and healing elixir - a naturally occurring antibiotic and antiseptic that fights germs, bacteria, mold, and viruses - for a healthier, stronger, longer life. The best kind to use is organic, raw, unfiltered, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar with the "mother" in it. You can find this at most health food stores. I recommend the Bragg's brand and their book, "Apple Cider Vinegar Miracle Health System: Learn these Powerful Health Qualities for a Longer, Healthier, Youthful Life!" by Paul Bragg and Patricia Bragg. They recommend mixing 1-2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with some raw honey or raw agave nectar in 8 ounces of water upon rising every morning.
3. Use EXTRA VIRGIN COCONUT OIL every day in your smoothies and/or cooking. Coconut oil is a very healthy oil that has many benefits for your body, including assisting in weight loss. Two more excellent oils to add to your diet are EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL and SESAME OIL.
4. Use as a sweetener RAW HONEY (unheated, unfiltered, natural, unprocessed pollen-rich). Also, you can take raw honey related superfoods such as propolis, bee pollen, and royal jelly. Honey possesses miraculous nutritional and medicinal properties. However, I caution you not to take more than one or two teaspoons a day. Too much honey may adversely affect the pancreas, liver, and adrenals and contribute to sugar-metabolism disorders.
5. I would also recommend taking GTF CHROMIUM on a daily basis. Most Americans are deficient in chromium, which is an essential co-factor of insulin that helps control & regulate insulin in your body.
6. Start using HIMALAYAN KRYSTAL SALT in your diet, in moderation. Stop using table salt immediately. It contains only sodium chloride, can cause the body to retain water which can cause swelling, edema, and cellulite; and it often has additives such as aluminum hydroxide, sodiumferrocyanide, calcium phosphate, stearic acid, and others which can be toxic. When ingested, the body recognizes table salt as a poison and accumulates water in and around the cells to protect them from this invading substance.
On the other hand, Krystal Salt contains all 72 mineral elements that the human body consists of in ideal proportions. All these minerals are in the perfect crystal matrix and ultimate ionic form (electrically charged). Krystal salt is the only antioxidant that works everywhere in the body. Once Krystal Salt is introduced into the body, a profound regeneration of the cell membranes becomes possible. If you would like more information on Himalayan Krystal Salt or Miracle Krystal Salt, simply do a Google search, find a producer of the salt, and order some, or click on this link to where I get mine: Himalayan Krystal Salt Then get rid of all table salt from your kitchen, diet, and life.
I trust this information has been helpful to you. I encourage you to incorporate these SIX SUPERFOODS into your daily diet.

Add the Keys of EXERCISE & DEEP BREATHING to Eating Healthy & Good Nutrition
Daily Quote: "Exercise helps you lose and control weight in two ways. First, by elevating your metabolism you burn more calories. Second, by building muscle - which requires more energy to maintain - you use even more calories. Exercising promotes better elimination and circulation that helps body cleansing!" - Paul Bragg
"Breathing deeply, fully and completely energizes the body, calms the nerves, fills you with peace, and helps keep you youthful." - Paul Bragg
A very important part of a healthy lifestyle is to exercise your body consistently and to practice deep breathing. These keys are in addition, of course, to good nutrition and eating healthy. Let me emphasize that the starting point to improving your health and losing unhealthy weight is to start eating healthy live organic whole food and to stop eating denatured, packaged, unhealthy dead processed man-made "foods" which are loaded with toxins, unhealthy fats, sugars, salt, and excit0-toxins. In other words, first focus on creating a healthy nutritious diet that will sustain your body and give it the nutrition it needs to function properly, and then, add healthy daily exercise and deep breathing.
A few years ago when I was trying to improve my health and lose weight, I first completely transformed my diet and eating habits. I quickly started losing weight and enjoying better health. However, my weight loss slowly came to a standstill after losing about 15 pounds. I couldn't figure out why until I realized that I wasn't exercising.
As soon as I started daily exercising, something changed in my body and I began to continue to lose more weight. I believe now that "something" was my metabolism changing from a slowed down metabolism to a higher metabolism. In other words, because I had added regular exercise to my body and routine, my metabolism sped up and adjusted itself in order to burn fat more efficiently and to stop storing fat as it had been. This one change made a huge impact on my weight loss and my personal fitness. I not only lost another 10-12 pounds, but I became more physically fit.
Regular exercise can benefit your body in many ways. First, exercise helps break up stress and tension and helps release it from the body. Stress is negative energy that wears down your body, but exercise allows it to leave the body. Second, exercise increases oxygen to the cells, which is necessary for life and vitality. Third, exercise stimulates every cell in the body in order to help eliminate toxic waste. Every cell produces its own toxic waste, and every cell needs stimulation to eliminate that toxic waste and remain healthy. Fourth, exercise increases the movement of lymph fluid in the body, which is an important factor in the process of elimination of toxins. Most people's lymphatic systems are dangerously sluggish and clogged, and moving the body through exercise helps to start moving the lymph fluid. Fifth, exercise opens the channels in the body to help the electromagnetic energy to flow freely and unhindered. This energy gives life to the body's cells, but it must not be blocked or congested in order for it to flow freely through the body to do its job of energizing the body's cells.
5-STEP EXERCISE ROUTINE FOR FITNESS & WEIGHT LOSS
I would like to share with you the 5-step exercise routine that I used to help me get over the hump and lose even more weight, as well as to become more physically fit. I encourage you to follow my example and start implementing a daily exercise routing including these 5 steps. One of the keys to my exercise routine was to include both aerobic and anaerobic exercise on a consistent daily basis.
One of the main reasons why I had gained weight was that my metabolism had slowed down. When I was younger, I could eat almost anything without gaining weight because I had a fast metabolism. However, once I got into my forties, my metabolism really slowed down and I started gaining quite a bit of weight because I was not eating the right kinds of food and I wasn't exercising. There are certain glands and organs in the body (such as the thyroid, pancreas, liver, stomach, small & large intestines, and colon) that regulate how well the body burns food for fuel and how it also converts food into stored fat. When some of these glands and organs are clogged or sluggish or not functioning properly, a person's metabolism slows down and starts converting more and more food into fat instead of fuel.
What are the two biggest reasons for a slow metabolism?
The first major cause of a slow metabolism is the amount of toxins you are putting into your body. Most of these toxins enter your body through what you eat and drink, in other words, through an unhealthy diet. These toxins include artificial food additives, chemical residues used in growing food that are transfered to your body, artificial sweeteners like aspartame and excito-toxins like MSG, prescription & non-prescription drugs, as well as toxins in the water supply such as fluoride & chlorine. These toxins cause your metabolism to slow down, which in turn causes your body to store your food energy as fat.
The second major cause of a slow metabolism is a low amount of muscle in your body and a lack of regular walking exercise. The more muscle your body has, the higher your metabolism will be. Unfortunately, most Americans have an abnormally low amount of muscles in their bodies, which means that they don't burn calories as efficiently as they could. Also, a lack of walking exercise significantly lowers a person's metabolism. The human body is designed to walk, and when a person stops walking on a daily basis, their metabolism adjusts and begins to slow down.
STEP I - Take a swift "POWER WALK" every day in the sunshine for 30-60 minutes. Your body was designed to walk. Walking every day will help make you thin and keep you thin because it gives your body the kind of exercise it needs, and because it will help to readjust your metabolism by speeding it up to burn fat more efficiently and to stop storing energy fuel as fat. The common denominator of thin, lean people all over the world is that they walk over 5 miles a day, whereas the typical American walks only one tenth of a mile a day. Remember, don't just go for a slow casual "stroll" through the park. A power walk means that you are to walk swiftly with exertion so that your heart and lungs have to work harder. If you want to, you may combine walking with some jogging. I would recommend that you use your 30-60 minutes of walking time to pray, or to meditate, or to listen to inspiring music on your iPod. After you get in the habit of taking your daily power walk, your body will crave this activity and you will look forward to it every day. It won't be a drudgery, but rather a joy and pleasure. Oh, I almost forgot. Don't do your power walk on busy streets that are filled with toxic poisonous gases from cars, buses, and trucks. Find a peaceful, quiet place like a local park where you can breathe in fresh, clean air.
STEP II - Practice DEEP BREATHING EXERCISES to increase the oxygen in your lungs and body. Most people don't breathe deeply enough to stimulate their metabolism and fat burning capabilities. You can do this throughout your day, but make sure to do this especially while you are out taking your power walk. Learn to start breathing in very deeply, from your belly, up through your lungs, filling your lungs with more and more oxygen. I'm normally a very shallow breather; however, by practicing deep breathing exercises, I have been able to increase the amount of oxygen in my lungs, which has had an effect on my whole body. I would recommend that you practice breathing deeply throughout your day. Write on a small index card the words, "Breathe deeply," and tape it in front of your desk or computer and in your car as an hourly reminder.
STEP III - LIFT SMALL WEIGHTS every other day to increase your muscle strength. Get a set of 3 pound or 5 pound weights to start out with. After several months, you can increase the weight from 3 to 5 pounds, or from 5 to 10 pounds. Develop some simple lifting routines to work your various upper body muscles. Keep a record of how many repetitions you do, and then try to increase that every day. When I first started doing this, I actually combined my small weight lifting routine with a small stepper so that I was working my lower body as well. You can find a small stepper machine at your local sporting goods store. It's a small 1 foot by 1 foot machine that you stand on and step up and down on. It has small hydraulic pumps that create resistance so that it gives you the feeling that you're climbing stairs. I recommend that you do this along with your weight lifting routine so that you're exercising both your upper and lower body. Start slowly lifting weights every other day for about 10 minutes, and then increase that time slowly until you're doing this for 20-30 minutes a day. Remember, only lift weights every other day, not every day because your muscles need time to rest and rebuild themselves. You'll be amazed at the difference 20 minutes a day of small weight lifting will do for your body.
STEP IV - Use a "REBOUNDER" for 5-10 minutes a day. A rebounder is a mini-trampoline about 4 feet in diameter, on which you gently bounce up and down. Doing this allows you to stimulate and strengthen every cell in your body simultaneously, stimulate your lymphatic system, and increase your metabolism. It is also very effective for weight loss.
STEP V - SEXERCISE daily. Enjoy the pleasure of vigorous sex with your spouse daily. Incorporate sexercise into your daily romantic workout, but don't let it become routine. Keep it creative and diversified. Various studies have shown that vigorous daily sex burns fat and improves your health. If you don't believe me, try it. It's fun, it's free, and it feels fantastic!
