3 Secrets to Optimal Health & Longevity - Keys to Good Nutrition & to Eating Healthy

The above quote speaks volumes of wisdom to us...if we will have ears to hear it.

A few days ago I was in a bookstore when I found the above incredible quote in a book by George Malkmus entitled, “Why Christians Get Sick.” When I read it, I was stunned! I couldn’t believe that someone so prestigious as Sir William Lane could articulate such a wise, simple, and natural solution to the “C-” problem. I cannot use the “C-” word in my blog because of FDA & FTC prohibitions, but the dictionary describes “C-” as - “a malignant tumor that tends to spread in the body.”

I would like to share with you 3 secrets to and , which are in fact, several more to and to are all outlined in Sir William Lane’s quote above. I encourage you to take them to heart and apply them to your life, your diet, and your lifestyle.

The first thing you should do is to make a life decision that you are going to die healthy, and that you are not going to die of “C-”. Follow Sir Lane’s example and start taking daily measures to prevent it. Realize that you do not need to die of “C-” if you are willing to take the trouble to avoid it. So, before we get started, let me ask you: “Are you willing to take the trouble to avoid getting ‘C-’?” If you are, then the information to follow can help you live a long healthy life. If you are not willing, then this information will not help you and you may very well end up dying of “C-” because you were unwilling to take the necessary measures to prevent it.

Now, let’s address this question: “What causes ‘C-’ to develop in our bodies?”

As Sir Lane so clearly and succinctly stated, “C-” is caused by “poisons created in our bodies by the food we eat.” This statement is true and has been scientifically proven over and over again by researchers, nutritionists, and medical doctors. There is a ton of research and evidence available that supports this truth, but it is beyond the scope of this blog article to include it. If you are interested in reading such evidence, I encourage you to do your own research. Now, let’s get back to the cause of “C-” which is certain foods that we eat that create poisons in our bodies. As we continue to eat these unhealthy foods, build up in our bodies that lead to malignant tumors that quickly start to spread throughout the body. The remedy to “C-” therefore must include eating the right kinds of foods, avoiding the foods that poison our bodies, and then learning how to eliminate wastes and detoxify our bodies for optimal health.


Think of this as a prescription from your Maker. God created the whole world and He created the human body. He knows what foods are best for you to achieve optimal health and longevity. According to the Maker’s Manual, we were designed to primarily eat vegetables and fruit, as well as grains, legumes, seeds, and nuts. Therefore, make raw organic vegetables and fruit a major part of your daily diet. They are loaded with natural vitamins, minerals, live enzymes, , phytonutrients, and thousands of other nutritive compounds that impart life and energy to your body, as well as substances that fight illnesses, including “C-”. Make sure to eat all of your fruit RAW and approximately 75% of your vegetables RAW. Instead of wasting your money on expensive toxic drugs, think of your food from now on as your medicine. As Hippocrates so wisely stated, “Let your food be your medicine, and let your medicine be your food."


You must do something significant to stop putting poisons in your body from the food you’re used to eating. If you are serious about preventing “C-” from developing in your body and killing you, you absolutely must stop putting “C-causing” toxic foods into your body. Period. There is a fundamental spiritual principle in the Bible that says, “What you sow, you will reap.” If you “sow” toxic poisonous foods into your body, you will eventually “reap” malignant tumors and “C-” will start spreading through your body to kill it.


Sir William Lane emphasized the importance of eliminating the waste products from the body, as well as the importance of detoxifying the body. He used the word, “drainage,” to mean elimination and detoxification. In order to have proper elimination, our bodies need plenty of natural fiber from eating raw vegetables and fruits. Secondly, in order to detoxify our bodies, we need to learn which raw natural foods help with this process.
