WHY YOU NEED TO DO A

"JUICE FAST"

Today I'd like to continue this series on successful healthy . I'll be sharing practical things you can do to and to maintain a healthy weight for your height and body shape. These to and tips to will open a whole new world of health, life, healthy weight loss, and vitality to you. I believe you were created by God and destined to a life of and prosperity.

By way of review, here are the keys that we've covered so far.

Listen, seek, research, learn, study, and understand that there are keys of knowledge that will help you unlock the secrets to a long, healthy life and successful weight loss and weight management.

Key #3 - EAT ONLY HEALTHY ORGANIC NATURAL WHOLE FOODS

Key #4 - EXERCISE DAILY - Take a daily walk, use a rebounder, and sexercise.

Key #5 - ELIMINATE ALL ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, AND WHITE SUGAR

Key # 6 - ADD ORGANIC VIRGIN COCONUT OIL TO YOUR DIET

Juice fasting is a key part of the weight loss picture. In fact, in my opinion,
juice fasting should be the very first step in any weight loss program.
I've written extensively on "Juice Fasting" in this blog several months ago.

I highly recommend that you go back and read some of my earlier postings on this important topic. You'll find a lot of very useful information, including why you should do a juice fast, why a juice fast is better than a water fast, how to properly do a juice fast, how to get started, how to take enemas during your juice fast and the health reasons to do so, what kind of juices and vegetable broths to drink during your fast, and lastly, how to wisely and carefully break a juice fast.

One of the biggest reasons to do a juice fast is that you give your body a chance to purify itself and cleanse itself from all of the toxins that have built up in your system and in your cells. This is critical to detoxifying your body and resetting your metabolism.

I did an 8-day juice fast for rejuvenation and health reasons, and in the process I lost 12 pounds and lost 4 inches off of my waist. I went from a size 36 waist down to a size 32. I saw all kinds of awful things come out of me and I completely lost my belly. It was the best fast I've ever done because I did it correctly. Take a few minutes and go back and read about it to inspire you to do the same.

And always remember, the secret to losing weight and keeping it off, is to make nutritious and healthy LIFESTYLE CHANGES that become positive healthy habits in your daily routine. Systematic undereating and resisting the temptation to overeat is the first step to change.
